Terms & Conditions for Financial Expert Partner
These Terms & Conditions govern the professional association between the Financial Expert Partner (“Partner”) and Accountax Consultancy (“Accountax”). By associating with Accountax, the Partner agrees to comply with the following binding terms:
1. Service Agreement
The Partner shall execute a formal Service Providing Agreement with Accountax defining the scope of services, roles and responsibilities, compensation structure, service standards, performance expectations, and duration of association. The signed agreement shall govern all professional engagements.
2. Professional Conduct & Ethical Standards
The Partner agrees to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct. All services must be delivered in strict alignment with Accountax policies, industry best practices, and recognized professional standards applicable to financial, accounting, taxation, and advisory services.
3. Confidentiality & Data Protection
The Partner shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, financial records, proprietary data, business strategies, and internal documents accessed during the course of association. Such confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this partnership.
4. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
The Partner shall comply with all applicable laws, statutory regulations, and professional guidelines governing financial and consulting services. The Partner is responsible for maintaining valid professional qualifications, registrations, and continuous professional development to ensure updated knowledge and competence.
5. Client Relationship Management
The Partner shall provide accurate, unbiased, and professional advisory services while safeguarding client interests. Any actual or potential conflict of interest must be disclosed immediately to Accountax. Direct solicitation of Accountax clients outside the authorized scope of engagement is strictly prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All reports, advisory documents, financial models, strategies, methodologies, and intellectual property developed under the Accountax engagement shall remain the exclusive property of Accountax Consultancy unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Non-Compete & Non-Solicitation
During the term of association and for a specified period thereafter as defined in the Service Agreement, the Partner shall not engage in competing services under the Accountax brand nor solicit Accountax clients, employees, or business associates without prior written consent.
8. Termination of Association
Either party may terminate the association in accordance with the notice period and conditions specified in the Service Agreement. Accountax reserves the right to terminate the partnership with immediate effect in cases of misconduct, breach of contract, regulatory non-compliance, or actions that may cause reputational or financial harm.
